These pages explain how C.B.S. Group handles information and the terms that apply to our services.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and any required payment is received. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Guests are responsible for accurate information, valid travel documents and arriving on time.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellation eligibility depends on timing, committed third-party costs and the written booking policy supplied before payment. Non-refundable supplier charges remain non-refundable. When C.B.S. Group cancels and no suitable alternative is accepted, amounts paid directly for the cancelled service will be refunded, excluding external costs.
Safety and responsibility
Dance, travel, water and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Guests must follow safety instructions, disclose relevant health or allergy concerns and maintain appropriate travel and medical insurance. C.B.S. Group is not responsible for events beyond reasonable control.
Conduct and intellectual property
Respectful behavior is required. We may remove anyone whose conduct threatens safety or the experience of others without a refund. Course materials, branding and original content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
